What can I organize in CheerMoms?
Each athlete’s schedule, the coach messages you paste and approve, hotel reservations and their deadlines, packing and competition-ready lists, the fees and payments you record, venue details, and a weekend brief you can save for weak signal.
Can it handle more than one athlete?
Yes. Add every athlete in your household and view their days separately or together. When two schedules overlap, CheerMoms flags it, including when the same adult is assigned to both.
Does my gym or team need to join?
No. Everything on this page works for your household on its own. You add times yourself or paste the coach’s messages and approve what gets added. Official posting by gyms isn’t generally available yet.
Does this replace our team chat app?
No. Keep chatting wherever your team already does. CheerMoms holds the plan: times, changes, reservations, and lists. It isn’t connected to BAND or any other chat app, and it never posts for you.
What information do I need to enter?
Your competition, venue, and dates, plus a first name for each athlete. Add times and reservations as you get them. You can paste a coach’s message and choose which dates and times to keep. Photos and PDFs aren’t scanned, so type in what matters.
How do I get started?
Create a free parent account with your email, then add your first weekend. Want to look around first? Explore the sample weekend. No account needed.
Is CheerMoms free?
Parent accounts are free. There are no paid parent plans right now.
What doesn’t CheerMoms do?
It doesn’t book or cancel hotel rooms, collect payments or settle gym balances, send text or email reminders, read your team chat, or connect to BAND. A saved weekend brief is a snapshot that doesn’t update itself, and a checkmark is your record, not certified eligibility.
